You don’t need a brand.

You need a way to start conversations.

When I built my first consulting offer, I spent weeks on the wrong things:
→ Logo
→ Website
→ Color palette
→ Tagline

None of it mattered.

Because none of it started conversations.

The only thing that moved the needle was this:

  1. Post something helpful or honest
  2. Comment back to people who engage
  3. Send a DM and ask real questions
  4. Offer help when it makes sense

That’s it.

That’s the whole system.

You don’t need a funnel.

You just need a way to talk to people.
